Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times:
- UK: 2-3 business days (Royal Mail or DPD)
- International: 5-10 business days (DHL International)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Any additional duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return:
- Contact us at brooke-gregson.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely and include your order number.
- Ship the return using a tracked service.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please indicate the desired replacement item in your return request. We will ship the new item once the original is received.
Final Sale Items:
Sale items, earrings, and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
